First off, Rituro, thanks for the link re. internet stuffs. I still haven't had a chance to dig into it yet but I will, someday!
Second, WOW. SSFIV is looking quite good. Yoga Shangri-La makes me want to up my Dhalsim game just to pull off this move on dudes. Still a few more characters yet to be revealed, can't wait!

SSFIV will be a day-one buy for me. I know we do game reviews and occasionally get free goods, but I will happily give Capcom lots of money because they're one of the best game companies in terms of quality titles and quirky personalities.

I am stating here and now that I beat Shaun while he was using Ken, AND a fightstick.

It was.
And for the record, I hadn't played since last time we dueled.
I think.

btw do you guys play with a controller or an arcade stick? I've mostly played SF's and Fighting games at home, with controllers. I'm thinking about taking the next step and upgrading. Whenever my friend comes over, he uses a Hori Fight Stick and I'm pretty terrible with it, but I can tell that given a little practice, my overall game would improve.

I would like to get a fightstick to mimic all my childhood arcade experience, but I've had so much recent practice with my keyboard I find gamepads somewhat alien to me now.
That being said, I somehow (through the magic of double-elimination!) made it to the finals of a small-ish Tekken 6 tournment at Gottacon for PS3. Thank you, Eddy Gordo, and your spamtastic chaining attacks!

The FightSticks are incredible. I love my Mad Catz one, even though it is the more affordable variety/option. Highly recommended.

Yeah.
You're pretty good with the fight stick. You can almost beat me 100% of the time...

I have the Hori 3 sticks (the ones that came out with VF5 and SC 4)
There really good although I don't think they are as good as the Mad Catz one that came out with SF4
