Seth also takes bribes, and is partial to reacharounds from hairy men.

That's why it's so easy to beat him with Zangeif.

This past weekend was SBO (Super Battle Opera) in Japan. Basically the equivalent of EVO in N.America.

Apparently the small handful of American players that came to compete in SFIV, including EVO 2nd place Justin Wong, got smashed and none of them made it past the 1st round. Daigo didn't make it to the finals either.

It's kinda terrifying to think how good players are in Japan, when the best US player couldn't get out of the 1st round, sheesh!

Do tell. Interesting... I'm always afraid to go offensive on Seth in the air since his super-shoryuken habitually punishes me for trying anything. Honestly, I "win" more often with solid defense followed by throw counters leading to timeout. It's so sad. :(

You can drop the difficulty, too - like if Seth on Medium is too difficult to get by, try playing on the next lowest setting.

The thing that makes this frustrating is that he's so much tougher to beat than the other fighters. I mean, you can get through all of them okay and then Seth just destroys you. But you can do eet!

Doesn't it seem like Seth ramps up his difficulty after you win a round with him? So evil!

I find that throwing in a successful focus attack at least once helps out big time - you can score a few more free hits on him that way.

Yeah, I've noticed that -- he does his custom "lose" animation and then in Round 2, suddenly remembers how to shoryuken, EX everything in his arsenal and Ultra. Argh.

What's worse, is that if you do single-round matches, Seth starts in cheapy-cheap-evil mode! Even on Easy, he's a nightmare -- my current record is fifty-six (I think? I lost count) continues with C.Viper. (Guess who I'm never playing as again!)

Am I the only one who doesn't find Seth that hard?

Shaun was present at said Talim pwnage, too.

He's seen the glory firsthand.

SUPER DUPER STREET FIGHTER 4 announced!

Favorite characters, who do you want to see? Cody is strongly rumored and I would be very excited about that. His play style in Alpha 3 was very unique, you had to work to get that W. My bro is very happy about Dee Jay, lol!
