Hey there!

I'm enjoying SF4 for the PS3 a lot more than I thought I would considering I was (am) a die hard 2D fan.

So I am just wondering how everyone is enjoying the new switch to 3D and the game in general?

Loving the new graphics and combos systems? Upset at it being Kenfighter 4 when you go online? Spill your guts here!

I play a lot of Rose, Ken and Gouken. I feel That some characters in the name of "balance" were toned down *coughken* while others became over done like Gief. I see a lot of shoto hating! I wish Rose had a bit more normal moves, and Ken's dragon punch was a little more special like it used to be. (Ryu's seems just as good as he can now combo exactly as Ken can, jump in FP+FP+LDP which only Ken could get away with before in most games)

I would say more but I have to get back to work!

L8R's all!   O_O'

I still in love with this game. In fact, it's the perfect game to play for a while when letting out frustration - sadly it sometimes ends up being very frustrating as I play much better players than me :)

I WANT it so badly! Why does it have to be so expensive?
Every time I'm at the mall, I am tempted...  Tempted...  I'm going to give in soon.  Eek.

You can't complain about SF4 being expensive if you've bought a DSi, which is a more frivolous expense!

The sooner you give in, the better.

It's an awesome game.

I saw it used at Blockbuster for 49.99.  It is almost at my buying price! The guy there told me to hold on another week or two because it should be going down in price again. I was THIS CLOSE to buying it!

Local versus is great. You can elbow the person you're playing against.

That's because I tend to not lose to you. Also because if I actually elbowed you, I'd break my elbow.

I'm enjoying SF4, in fact I love it.

Here's the thing though, SF4 is enjoyable in a way that I enjoy all Street Fighter games. Battling with friends, mastering characters, learning new techniques. All the bells and whistles of new flashy graphics and online play is more like icing on a already delicious cake. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm glad that there's enough that feels the same as well as enough that feels new - which combined makes up a deeply satisfying experience.

I'm actually pretty terrible at Street Fighter, in a competitive sense. I usually get destroyed online, and I only have a precious few battle points, which I cling on to dearly like Golem and his precious.

One complaint I have is the whole techniques training mode, where you get stuff for pulling off combos. While they're possible to do on a controller, it can get pretty frustrating. I've pretty much just abandoned this mode to maintain my sanity.
