I have a violent distrust of Disney in general, but dammit they make some awesome stuff from time to time. I'm very intrigued by it.

I was very skeptical, and now, I'm less so - thanks to Warren Spector's interview @ GI where he sounds like a genuine, passionate fan of Disney and Mickey Mouse. He reminds me of John Lasseter (the Pixar/Disney big wig) in that regard, which I think can only mean good things.

Can't wait to see some gameplay, I'm hoping the animation is incredibly fluid.

At the end of the day, it is Warren Spector; I have faith in the man responsible for Deus Ex, System Shock and Thief.

I find your abundance of faith disturbing...

So pics have floated around, and it looks ok, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little let down. I can take solace in the belief that it's early days and the game can improve leaps from now to release, but for now, the feeling is that the execution is lagging behind the concept.

Good thing that Disney Magic can usually save anything.

Except for the Love Bug.

Poor Herbie.  After hanging out with LinLo, he's got 3 forms of the clap on his driver's seat and it won't wash off.
