It looks SWEET! Do you think it will be a Ubisoft or Konami release?

Konami said they can't talk about it yet, if that tells us anything.

I have the original on my MAME cabinet.  One of my faves.  I used to spend TONNES of quarters at the arcade by the old cottage on that game. I WILL be purchasing this. I kind of wish it was based off the SNES version though. That version had two extra levels and alternate bosses.

There's always the possibility that the SNES levels will be included as bonus. Looks like this will probably be a Konami game whether or not ubisoft has publishing rights of the franchise at this point.

That upcoming Ubi TMNT fighting game looks interesting as well. Here's hoping they showcase that at E3.

Yeah, that definitely caught my eye when it was first announced. The more info we get, the better.

I still have the TMNT Tournament Fighters for SNES. That game is somewhat bad, but my Turtle love makes me forgive it to an extent.

Agreed ^

It really felts like a step up from the first arcade game. Konami was a powerhouse in those days - seems they're trying to reclaim that title recently.
