My 360 controller has suddenly taken to disconnecting itself from the console whenever it damn pleases, sometimes several times in a row after I reconnect it each time.  Any help?

Sounds like a battery problem or an interference problem. Anyone using a microwave or vacuum cleaner around the same time? Is your Xbox in an enclosed entertainment unit?

Whenever that happens with me, it is usually because of low batteries. Ever since I got a Nyko charge dock, though, this hasn't happened.

I had recently put in some new batteries for my 360 controller.  I'll try switching to Energizer.
