"Oh, as a reward for paying $80 more than you should have and losing $50 worth of points and DLC, here are a bunch of games you don't want or might already have on the Wii already!"

I like Nintendo games, but I fail to see the draw of the Ambassador Program.

Yeah.  That price drop pisses me off for a number of reasons.

1) The fact that there was a price drop
2) The fact that I lost all of my DSiWare because I used my XL as collateral for getting my 3DS.

What to people think of what's going on?

Surfing the Sony Playstation Blog reveals that there is a huge sense of entitlement among a lot of people.

The media is also jumping all over this like a frog on ritalin.

I'm interested to see what everyone thinks of this.

So, who is loving this?

I, for one, am enjoying it immensely!

The battery life thing seems to be a moot point for me. I leave everything on MAX and it seems to work out for me on a daily basis.

Street Pass is also the devil.  I suspect that Nintendo is trying to make you go through batteries faster. ;)

For those of you who love your board games but can't be botherd to clean the house up so people aren't weirded out when you invite them over to play, Greed Corp. is a fantastic indi game that combines straight-up, land-destroying harvesting with hex-based board game sensibilities. Everyone takes turns, everyone schemes and plots, everyone laughs when some moron plunks down a harvester that will eventually doom their home island to ruin. Good times.

And speaking of board games, finally got Blood Bowl: Legendary Edition! Haven't touched "Blitz" mode yet because I'm too busy punching turn-based humies inna face. WAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!

Most enjoyable! I finally managed to hit the 100% mark for Liberty City Stories so moved on in my attempts at another... I've come close in various GTA's but never got that last 2 or 3% haha.
